3. Confidentiality of Source Texts

Confidentiality is our core business. Any document uploaded for a quote or a project (including SAE/ISO standards) is treated as strictly confidential.

  • We do not use your proprietary data to train public AI models.
  • All project files are deleted from our active processing servers after the 15-day guarantee period, unless otherwise agreed for your Translation Memory maintenance.

 

4. Limitation of Liability

We do not sell or rent your data. We only share data with:

  • Native Experts: If you choose the “Expert Validation” option, a native subject matter expert will review your text under a strict NDA.
  • Infrastructure Providers: Secure cloud hosting used for AI processing.

  • Erasure: Request the deletion of your personal contact data.
